The robotic arm feeding winding CCD detection resistance welding test swing plate automatic production line adopts the automatic winding, welding and detection assembly line operation mode. The transport arm automatically clamps the skeleton and puts it into the winding machine for winding. After the winding is completed, the enameled wire is automatically welded to the plug-in using resistance welding; after welding, CCD flatness and resistance value detection are performed.

11. During the resistance welding process, there will be no explosion welding, leakage welding and other phenomena.
12. Automatic resistance value detection, qualified parts are unloaded and stored, and unqualified parts are placed in the defective box.
13. The spindle and X, Y, and Z three dimensions all use AC servo motors, and the running speed and positioning speed of each axis are fast and accurate.
