Operators only need to load empty frames and thread and secure the wire; all other steps—including gripping, transporting, and loading/unloading—are automatically performed by the XYZ modules and the cart mechanism, significantly reducing manual operations and minimizing human error.

Equipped with a 16-station shuttle cart fixture, the cart shuttles back and forth between the loading area and the winding stations, enabling automatic sorting, loading, and transfer of frames. Material flow is compact, orderly, and seamlessly coordinated.

Two 8-axis winding machines operate in coordination. The cart sequentially completes frame loading and docking for both machines. With parallel winding at dual stations and staggered unloading, a continuous production cycle is established, effectively increasing overall production capacity.
④ Precision wire guidance via tension guide wheels ensures stable winding quality
After being precisely guided by tension guide wheels and guide pins, the wire is secured in a wire clamp. The stable wire feed path ensures consistency between winding tension and wire diameter.
