The system is controlled by programmable logic to automatically adjust the speed during the winding process, automatically track the cable layout and manage the number of layers, ensuring that the optical fiber winding is neat and efficient, and effectively preventing cable slippage. Intelligent control

Automatic acceleration: Single and multi-axis unwinding machines and rewinding machines can automatically accelerate to the preset maximum speed according to the set layer intervals after startup, ensuring efficiency.

Automatic deceleration: Equipped with the "predicted meter speed" function, it automatically decelerates to a low speed before reaching the target meter speed, achieving a smooth stop and avoiding disconnection and loosening of the coil material.

Constant speed mode: By setting the acceleration-related parameters to 0, the equipment can operate at a constant speed throughout the entire process.


Precise wiring management

Automatic reversing: The system precisely detects the position of the ribbon cable and automatically reverses when it reaches the inner wall of the reel and the starting point of the taper, ensuring that the ribbon cable closely adhe res to the edge.

Taper adaptive: Single and multi-axis unwinding machines and rewinding machines. The ribbon cable can automatically shift slightly outward according to the number of layers (incremental setting), perfectly adapting to the conical rewinding reel and preventing optical fiber collapse.

Anti-slip protection: By setting the "taper width", the maximum value of the outward movement of the ribbon cable is restricted, effectively preventing the optical fiber from sliding out of the shaft.

Advanced layer control: After the ribbon cable reaches the maximum outward movement position, it can be set to move inward (reduction setting) as needed to meet special winding requirements.


Humanized interface

Formula function: It can save multiple sets of equipment parameters (formulas). When replacing similar reels, it can be called up with one click, eliminating the need for repetitive Settings, ensuring product consistency and improving efficiency.

Real-time monitoring: The main monitoring interface displays key operational data such as current speed, meters, floors, and location in real time, making it clear at a glance.

Online fine-tuning: During operation, key parameters such as internal and external termination points can be directly fine-tuned, facilitating rapid optimization of the winding effect.

Manual mode: It provides manual point control, which is convenient for equipment debugging, setting the origin and replacing the reel.
