The Multi-stage Tension Servo Tensioner uses wire feed to control high-speed winding. The tension value can be changed by replacing the spring. This product is equipped with a feedback tension stabilization system that can automatically stabilize and balance the tension. The tension is particularly stable and easy to adjust.

The feedback system of the Multi-stage Tension Servo Tensioner monitors the tension and changes the wire feed speed to maintain the set tension level even during rapid acceleration, preventing abrupt tension changes when winding non-round spools. One model covers a wide range of tension values, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while offering the ability to fine-tune the tension.


Features:

1. The SFS series servo tensioner uses two sets of servo motor structures, and communicates with the winding machine through the 485Mod busRtu protocol to arbitrarily set 8 tension levels, and switch quantity control switching.

2. Online tension measurement and output of tension value, as well as tension upper/lower limit alarm output.
