Daily maintenance of winding machines

To ensure the normal operation of a winding machine, daily inspection and correct operation are indispensable and important steps. First of all, an equipment manual should be established for daily recording and reading of the operation and problems of the winding machine. When starting work, the workbench, wire guide rails and major sliding surfaces should be carefully checked. If there are obstacles, tools, impurities, etc., they must be cleaned, wiped clean and oiled. Carefully check whether the moving mechanism of the equipment has new pulling, grinding and bumping. If there is, the equipment operator should be notified to check and analyze whether it is caused by a fault, and make a record.

Daily maintenance of the winding machine should be done as follows:

1. Check that the safety protection, power supply, limit and other devices are complete and intact.

2. Check that the electrical distribution box should be closed securely and the electrical grounding is good.

3. Check whether the accessories of the equipment are in good condition. The wire wheel, felt clamp, wire release, ceramic parts, etc. should be complete and intact, installed correctly, and the idling test run should be observed to see whether the operation is stable, whether there is any abnormal noise, etc.

1. Ensure the safety of maintenance work. Please turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before maintenance;

2. When the winding machine is working, the sheet metal and doors of various parts cannot be opened;

3. Compressed air cannot be used to clean the machine and other components;

4. Take anti-rust maintenance measures for the transmission part, especially during holidays, when the machine does not work for a long time, it is necessary to do a good job of inspection and maintenance to prevent rust.
