The winding process of the fully automatic winding machine is controlled by the CNC controller to control the start and stop of the spindle and the linkage operation of the wire arrangement system respectively. According to the type of coil produced and processed, the corresponding process is set to realize the winding of the spindle and the left and right displacement of the wire arrangement mechanism. When the number of winding coils reaches the set value, it is set to stop automatically. The function of the CNC controller has developed from a single process to the continuous operation of modern multi-step complex processes. At present, these functions can meet the processing technology of common coils and are deeply favored by enterprises.


It is very necessary to ensure the accuracy of the number of coils during the winding process, so how can we ensure the accuracy of the number of coils?

The fully automatic winding machine is mainly composed of the spindle system, the wire arrangement system, the CNC control system, the mechanical structure, the accessories and other components. The number of turns control circuit of the winding machine is composed of several parts such as the reed sensor, the shaping circuit, the counter, the input setting, the compliance circuit and the controller. To control the number of coil turns well, you must do this:


The number of turns of the coil is reflected by the number of turns of the winding machine spindle. The number of coil turns is converted into a pulse signal by the reed sensor, shaped by the shaping circuit, and turned into a square wave, which is differentiated to trigger the counter. When the input given signal composed of the single-pole two-position switch is consistent with the counting signal of the counter, that is, if the number of turns to be wound is consistent with the number of turns already wound, the door of the compliance circuit is opened, and the signal is sent to the controller, so that the winding motor stops immediately, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the number of turns control.


From the above content, it is not difficult to see that in order to ensure the accuracy of the number of coils when operating a fully automatic winding machine, strict requirements must be placed on technical personnel. They must undergo unified training from the company and be qualified before they can operate the winding machine.
